Experienced Psychologists with a Personalised Approach
As Clinical Psychologists, we are committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care that supports your well-being. While we work extensively with Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, we also draw from a range of approaches—including EMDR, CBT, Schema Therapy, and somatic strategies—to offer a personalised and flexible therapeutic experience. Our aim is to understand what matters most to you and tailor the work in a way that aligns with your goals and preferences.

About Me
I see therapy as an opportunity to create a small but meaningful space for self-care—somewhere to slow down and connect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or carrying more than their share. These parts might hold pain, fear, or protective roles that once made sense but now feel burdensome. Through the framework of Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, I offer a grounded and respectful space where you can meet these parts with curiosity and compassion. From this gentler internal stance, insight and meaningful change often become more possible.
My work is grounded in IFS Therapy, an approach that explores how our internal “parts” shape thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships. Patterns that once felt like obstacles—whether reactive tendencies or emotions that have been difficult to acknowledge—can gradually become sources of clarity and strength. IFS is trauma-informed, attachment-aware, and incorporates somatic awareness, which aligns with how I understand the process of healing and internal integration.
As a Clinical Psychologist registered with AHPRA, I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and have over a decade of experience supporting individuals with emotional challenges, trauma, and personal growth. I am also a Board-Approved Supervisor (Clinical Psychology), offering supervision to clinicians who wish to develop their therapeutic practice.
Having moved from Spain to Australia at age 12, I bring a lived understanding of cultural transition, identity, and belonging. These experiences shape my appreciation for the complexity of navigating multiple identities and inform my commitment to offering a therapeutic space that honours your values, background, and cultural context.
Many of the people I work with have already engaged in some form of personal development—through therapy, reflection, or other restorative practices—but have reached a point where familiar approaches no longer feel sufficient. They often find IFS supportive because it encourages a trusting and collaborative relationship with their internal world. We explore whatever arises in the moment—whether protective, stuck, or hurting—at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is relational and process-oriented, guided by the belief that meaningful change grows from internal trust and presence rather than striving for particular outcomes.
Sometimes this involves slowing down and allowing silence, stillness, or emotion to be fully felt. I believe that some of the most significant shifts happen not through effort, but through allowing.
As a therapist, father, and husband, I value walking alongside clients in a way that feels authentic and human. Therapy is not just my profession—it’s closely connected to how I reflect, grow, and relate to the world. I see self-development as something that unfolds not only within ourselves, but also through our relationships, bodies, and connection to the natural world.
Who I Work With
I welcome individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities. My approach is inclusive and responsive to your unique story and context.
Please note that I provide individual therapy only. I do not offer couples or family therapy, and I do not conduct court-ordered, forensic, or family-law assessments. These areas require specific training and are best supported by practitioners with expertise in those fields.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and the parts of us that carry depression, anxiety, or trauma may feel particularly heavy. It can be difficult to stay connected to your breath, your body, and the calmer parts of yourself. As a Clinical Psychologist and Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, my role is to offer a steady, supportive space where you can explore these experiences with care and curiosity.
IFS informs much of how I work, and I also draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic-focused approaches, and interpersonal frameworks. This allows us to tailor our sessions in ways that support your individual needs and goals.
My clinical experience includes working in Child Protection and Private Practice, with a focus on supporting people navigating trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship stresses. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including Veterans, First Responders, Health Professionals, and people from LGBTQI+ communities.
I offer individual therapy for adults. I do not provide couples or family counselling, or court-ordered, family, or forensic assessments, as these areas are best supported by clinicians with training specific to those contexts.
If you are looking for a therapist who offers a safe, non-judgemental space for exploration and connection, I welcome your enquiry.
