About Me
I see therapy as carving out a small but meaningful space for self-care—an invitation to slow down and connect with parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked, buried, or neglected. These parts often carry pain, fear, or protective roles. Through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, I aim to offer a grounded, respectful space where you can begin to meet those parts with curiosity, care, and compassion. From this space, new possibilities can emerge—insight, connection, and meaningful change.
My practice is rooted in IFS Therapy, an approach that helps us explore how our internal "parts" shape our experiences, behaviours, and relationships. What once felt like an obstacle—whether a reactive pattern or unacknowledged emotion—can become an ally in the journey toward healing and self-leadership. IFS is both trauma-informed and attachment-aware, with a strong somatic dimension, which resonates with how I understand the healing process.
As a Clinical Psychologist registered with AHPRA, I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals with emotional challenges, trauma, and personal growth. I also provide supervision as a Board-Approved Supervisor (Clinical Psychology).
Having moved from Spain to Australia at the age of 12, I bring a lived understanding of cultural transition, identity, and belonging. These experiences have given me a deep respect for the complexity of navigating multiple identities. I strive to offer a therapeutic space that honours your values and cultural context—one that feels safe, attuned, and inclusive.
My clients are often individuals who have already done some inner work—perhaps through therapy, self-reflection, or other forms of healing—but have reached a point where familiar approaches no longer feel effective. Many find IFS empowering because it places trust in their own internal system. We work together with whatever parts come forward in the moment—whether they’re stuck, protective, or in pain. My approach is relational and process-oriented, guided by the belief that meaningful change comes through building internal trust and presence, not through pushing for specific outcomes.
Sometimes that means simply sitting with what is—allowing silence, stillness, or emotion to speak. I believe that some of the most important shifts happen not through doing, but through being.
As a therapist, father, and husband, I’m committed to walking this path alongside my clients. Therapy for me is not just a profession—it’s part of how I live and continue to grow. I believe that self-actualisation is deeply connected to how we relate to life itself—not just as individuals, but in connection with others, our bodies, and the natural world.

Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming, and the parts of us that hold depression, anxiety, and trauma can seem all-encompassing. It can be challenging to find your breath and connect with your true self amidst these feelings. As a Clinical Psychologist and Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I am here to support you. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space to help you explore and connect with the calm, curious, compassionate, and courageous parts of yourself.
I believe in our potential for growth and change and adopt a holistic approach to therapy. While IFS is my foundational method, I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing, and Interpersonal interventions. This eclectic approach allows therapy to be tailored to your unique needs.
My professional experience includes work in Child Protection and Private Practice, with a focus on trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges. I welcome Veterans, First Responders, Health Professionals, and members of the LGBTQI+ community.
Please note that I do not offer couples or family counseling, nor do I conduct court-ordered, family, or forensic assessments and reports. These are best handled by clinicians with specific training in those areas.
If you are seeking a clinician who is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore and connect, I welcome your enquiry.
